What’s your return policy?
Return any of our products--no questions asked--within 30 days of purchase.
Do you ship overseas or to P.O. boxes?
No, due to the nature and size of the shipment, we only ship to a business or home office. So far our orders are all domestic.
Do you have customer service?
Yes. With our PC Complete service, you have access to our techs for the duration of the contrast during extended business hours. 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM MST.
What Is PC complete?
PC complete is our monthly service that covers your office system for three full years. There are no unexpected repair costs. It is all covered, including fifteen-hour tech time each month. Unused time carries over and accumulates up to twenty-five hours.
What if I don't buy your service?
You still have up to five hours a month for the first ninety days and they cover the equipment for one full year.
How much is a Basic System?
While our basic system is is standard, each instance is different. We only quote a system after we speak to you and determine your needs.
What Is Office 2 U
Office 2 U is our office system delivered to your business ready to run. You answer our questions, so we can get your office configuration correct. We reconfigure your route so when you plug it into your ISPs device; it is ready for internet access. After setting up your PC and server, you're ready to go to work. Upload any backed-up data you may have and you're ready to go.
